Extended Care Programs

McPherson IB World School offers a school-managed tuition-based extended care program open all students, PreK to 8th grade. The purpose of extended care is to provide a safe and stimulating environment before and after the regular school day.
 
Extended Care is offered as two separately billed programs:
  • Morning Care: Held each school day from 6:45 - 7:45 am
  • After Care: Held each school day from 2:45 - 5:45 pm
Morning Care is held before regular school hours from 6:45 to 7: 45 am. Tuition is $130 per month per child. Additionally, there is a one-off emergency rate of $20 per child for a single day session.
 
Ensure timely payment. A late fee of $10 per day may be applied any late payments.
After Care is held after regular school hours from 2:45 to 5:45 pm. Tuition is $350 per month for one child with discounted rates for a family enrolling multiple children in the program:
  • 1st child attending = $350
  • 2nd child attending = $325
  • 3rd child attending = $300
 
Additionally, there is a one-off emergency rate of $30 per child for a single day session.
 
Ensure timely payment. A late fee of $10 per day may be applied any late payments.
There is a one-time annual registration fee of $50 per family to enroll in either or both extended care programs.
 
Registration and tuition may be paid online through the EPAY System. Additionally, while not preferred, checks or money orders made payable to: CPS-McPherson School. Submit checks or money orders to the front office. Absolutely no cash will be accepted.
