Regional Gifted Center

McPherson IB World School takes pride in hosting the Regional Gifted Center, a program that enhances the McPherson culture, fostering success for all. Students in this program will delve into accelerated academic standards, surpassing their peers by one to two years while addressing age-appropriate developmental needs.

 

 

The Regional Gifted Center at McPherson IB World School aims to nurture students' individual needs by fostering a growth mindset, encouraging risk-taking, and promoting creativity. This approach empowers students to become global thinkers through rigorous learning experiences that challenge their intellectual curiosity, foster a deep understanding of complex concepts and support students’ social-emotional well being. By cultivating an open-mind and developing critical thinking skills, the center ensures that "All Can Succeed."

The Regional Gifted program was inaugurated in the fall of 2020.
