Regional Gifted Center

Regional Gifted Centers (RGC) provide an accelerated instructional program that places an emphasis on thinking, reasoning, problem solving and creativity. Admissions to an RGC is managed centrally through the GoCPS Selective Enrollment Elementary Schools (SEES) process.

 

You can apply via the online application site. Identify the schools to which you want to apply and submit your application between fall and early winter. Children applying to grades K-4 at any of the Selective Enrollment Schools will be tested for admission without having to pre-qualify, as long as the child is age-appropriate. Children applying to grades 5-8 for any of the Selective Enrollment Schools must meet minimum eligibility requirements based on their GPA in order to be tested for admission.
